New Miele Triflex HX1 – Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner!

Today I’m really excited to tell you about the brand new Meile Triflex that just came out. This is a three in one cordless vacuum. I’m going to go over some of the benefits and features of this machine today for you. So the vacuum that I have up here right now, the model is the Cat and Dog, which will actually come with a motorized upholstery tool for getting all that animal hair up off the couches, the stairs, and what i really like to do is go out to the car and you can vacuum your car.

This is a great tool. So how this works is this is one way that this vacuum will work. You can also quickly release this vacuum wands and handle and you can make this the hand vac that I was just talking about by putting the handle straight on here and putting the tool right on there. You can also use any of these other tools. You’ll notice that they come with a really nice mounting bracket that will mount onto the wall and your Miele tools will store right onboard.

It comes with an extra wide upholstery tool, crevice tool, and dusting tool. What i really love about this vacuum for Miele and for all of you current Miele owners, if you have one of your favorite tools like the flexible crevice tool that will get in between the wall and refrigerator, underneath the stove, or most importantly again back out in that car and get all the corners of the car, the flexible crevice tool will actually fit on this vacuum. So now you can use this. This is an add-on tool that you can get when you purchase this unit. And then also the universal dusting tool for getting around corners and edges of the ceilings and things like that.

So those additional tools you might already have with your Meile will work on the new Miele Triflex. We can also take this and we can put the wand down here, put the motor mount up towards here and this will allow us to get underneath furniture and beds and things like that by being able to lay this completely down. You have a really low profile here to get underneath the couches and things like that. I’m going to demonstrate this vacuum on the best way to use it. I actually myself personally when I use it I like, I’m kind of a lazy vacuumer, so i’m going to put mine down here because then it will stand on its own.

I snap this on, I put this on like so, and i’m ready to go. There’s a dump cup right here that is really easy to take off. All you have to do is a quarter turn and that cup will come right off. What i really like about this is this is a very easy mechanism to turn even if you do have some hand troubles, anything like arthritis. Go ahead and turn it again and the dumb cup will dump right out into your garbage can. When you want to clean the filter on this it’s just a simple pull mechanism.

This is actually an amazing filter it’s actually got a gore-tex lining on it which actually keeps the filter from falling apart and lasts for a very long time. When you want to clean this filter it’s super easy. Just take an additional vacuum and vacuum this filter out, or you can take a brush of some sort and get all the debris. You don’t wash this filter, you don’t have to do that. When you’re done you just pop this filter right back inside and slide it in. Let me show you how quiet and how wonderful this unit is. I’m going to bring the handle back. I’m going to turn the vacuum on.

There are three variable speed controls for, or suction controls actually for the vacuum. So you can have it on a low suction if you’re going to be doing an area rug that’s a smaller style rug, maybe a rug by your front door or rug in the bathroom, so you don’t want to suck that rug up. Full power, we can turn it on. Nice and quiet. You’ll notice it’s got LED headlights. This is really great for going down hallways and dark areas. The swivel part of this vacuum is super nice. Also if you have any issues with your elbow or shoulder, by having the motor down here it balances the weight out and makes it a very very light vacuum to move around.

The other thing that you’re going to notice here is on the brush roller. It’s a very unique brush roller. This actually has what they call a variable speed brush roller, so when this vacuum is vacuuming on bare floors the brush roller turns at a slower rpm for bare floors, but once this vacuum goes up onto a carpet it will increase the rpms of the brush roller so you can actually do very good carpet cleaning with this unit. This is a very nice vacuum to use on all styles of rugs, and even on the investment rugs that you might have. I actually have a frise area rug at home, and this was actually able to get up and vacuum that frise area rug without bogging down.

All i did is I dropped the speed down a little bit. The rotating brush will speed up and it made a great unit for vacuuming my rug. One thing if you’ve ever had a stick vac you’re gonna know that these brush rollers get wound up with hair and string. A lot of us have that in our house. What I love with this is all you have to do, there’s a lever on the back here and you can open this up. This comes right out and you’re able to get all of your thread all of your dental floss, all of the hair, all the goodies you get wrapped up on your brush roller. It’s a very easy vacuum to maintain and clean yourself.

It will just simply slide right back in. just give it a little bit of a turn and that will lock right back over and there’s a little again the latch on the bottom. Kind of sum this up, this has been a fantastic vacuum that’s just come out. We have all the tools that come with it, your motorized tool, these tools, any additional tools you have at home will fit on it. This is the Miele Cat and dDog so that’s why it has this extra tool. It has a two year warranty, and the battery time on this runs to 60 minutes. I hope you enjoy this. It’s a fantastic vacuum. It’s a great add-on to go with your other vacuums when you don’t want to have to pull out a regular full-size vacuum, but still have great cleaning and flexibility.
